Department of  Examination

For the smooth conduction of University examinations and to monitor the examination work throughout the academic year, an independent Examination Section has been established at CIT since its inception in the year 2001. The Examination section brings to the notice of all the concerned the circulars and notices received from the University time to time.

The Examination section prepares circulars regarding filing of examination forms, examination fee, last date for submission of examination forms and procedure for submission and fee payment and announces to the students through departments and notice board/website displays. Prepares instructions for writing examinations as per the University guidelines and announces the students. Makes proper Seating arrangement and Room Superintendent/Examination staff appointments during the examination.

Examination section makes overall semester result analyses in consultation with the Principal and provides report to the departments. The Examination section preserves all the records pertaining to examinations and sorts out grievances of students by coordinating with the University.
