• Rohan N Gowda 5^th Semester student has participated in VTU (Men) Shooting Team South-west Zone Inter University Championship held at Kurukshetra University, Haryana FROM 3^RD to 7^Th January 2024.
• 1. Our Department Students namely

• 6 students have completed various NPTEL courses in the academic year 2022-23
•  2 students have completed NPTEL Courses in the academic year 2021-22
• Ms. Rashmi CR bearing USN 1CG20CS078, a third-year student has been selected for an Internship at Central Manufacturing Technology Institute, Bangalore
•  3 of our Final Year students have written more than 10 articles in MEDIUM, an Open source blog writing platform
•  Ms. Navyashree R, of 2014-18 batch has secured 6 th Rank in VTU.
•  Ms. Shagufta Nazneen, of 2015-17 batch M.Tech has secured 3 rd Rank in VTU

• Mr. G Anil Kumar was conferred with a Doctorate Degree during the academic Year 2022-23

• Department of CSE in Association with AICTE conducted a 6 day Refresher program on Blockchain and IoT from 31-12-2021 to 5-1-2022.

• Mr. Mahesh. N & Mr. Asif Ulla Khan has been nominated as an evaluator for TOYCATHON 2021, a project of AATMA NIRBHAR BHARAT ABHIYAN

• Mrs.Rashmi C R, Assistant Professor, CSE, CIT, Gubbi was one among few women who were honored with “Women Achiever’s Award”during the International Women’s Day function organized by Karnataka State Centre of the INSTITUTION OF ENGINEERS (INDIA) In association with VTU- Belagavi, SJCIT-Chickaballapur & Nagarjuna College of Engineering on 8th March  2018.
